Ricotta Cheese Cake
Ricotta Cheese Cake
Only try, but I already try, its work buddy.
Basic Materials:
200 gram wheat flour
100 grams butter
2 tablespoon sugar
1 yolk
2 tablespoon ice water.
Content:
Ricotta cheese 500gram
250gram light cream cheese
100gram sugar
4 yellow
80gram wheat flour.
Decoration:
Cooking chocolate and fresh strawberry fruit
How to create:
1. Prepare the brass tide loading size 20cm, spread with margarine. Heat oven to temperature 180 degrees centigrade.
2. Basics: wheat flour mixed with butter, sugar, yolk, and ice water until dough can be formed.
3. Thin dough and a base layer with its brass rim. Store in refrigerator.
4. Content: shake with light ricotta cheese, cream cheese and sugar until soft, gradually enter the yolk, shake briefly, add wheat flour, poke average.
5. Pour into the brass and roast for 40 minutes, until crust, lift, lose steam heat, tub with cooking chocolate and strawberry fresh, keep refrigerated. Congratulations Serve And Enjoy

Content (first layer):

100 grams fine sugar (kastor)
1 tsp lemon essence
2 grains having a speech impediment
50 grams of wheat flour
Content (2nd layer):
125 grams sour cream ready to buy
1 tsp lemon essence
2 spoons of sugar fine sand (kastor)
Sowing:
Palm sugar
Decoration:
Fresh strawberry
How to create:
1. prepare brass pieces attach size 18 cm, and spread lining with aluminum foil, heat the oven temperature 180 degrees centigrade.
